IS YOUR DRINKWARE DISHWASHER SAFE?

No.  While it is completely safe to use our products, they are hand made and not intended to be put in a dishwasher.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY DRINKWARE?

To extend the life of your item, hand wash in warm water only.  Do not soak in water or use abrasive cleaners.  If the outside of your drinkware becomes dirty, wipe clean with a soft dishcloth or sponge.  Once clean, dry immediately.  Do not drop your drinkware, leave in an extremely hot or cold car, or put in a freezer.  Damage can, and most likely will, occur. If your item becomes damaged, stop using immediately and contact us.

IS YOUR DRINKWARE MICROWAVE SAFE?

No.  None of our drinkware can be put in a microwave.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

No.  Due to the customized nature of our work, we cannot offer refunds.

I DAMAGED MY TUMBLER.  NOW WHAT?

If your tumbler becomes damaged in any way, stop using it immediately.  Carefully check the bottom rim and bottom of your tumbler for any cracks in the finish by rubbing your finger along the bottom of your tumbler to feel for cracks.  If you notice damage, contact us immediately.  In some cases, we can repair the damage.

MY TUMBLER'S FINISH WAS DAMAGED WHEN I WASHED IT.  CAN IT BE REPAIRED?

Please note, we have put our tumblers through a variety of durability tests.  We know what the damage looks like when a tumbler is dropped and when it has been put in a dishwasher.  The product used to seal tumblers can withstand temperatures up to 350 degrees.  It is impossible for the finish to become damaged if you always follow the washing instructions we provide.  If your tumbler ends up in a dishwasher, it cannot be repaired.  However, if you contact me immediately, I will work with you to create a new item at a reduced price if you return the damaged tumbler to us.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO THE INTENDED RECIPIENT?

Yes.  If you provide the name and address of the recipient, I will ship your order directly to them.  If it is a surprise, I will include a note at no additional cost.  You will put your message in the Add a Note section on the Check Out page. 

ARE YOUR T-SHIRTS TRUE TO SIZE?

All t-shirt manufacture sizes differ.  On our Policies page, we have the size charts for the main supplier we use.  Please use those charts to choose the size t-shirt you want made.  If our main supplier is out of stock, we will contact you with sizing information so you can choose the appropriate size from our secondary vendor.  We do not give refunds on custom items so please choose carefully.  When in doubt, order one size up.

CAN I SEE A PROOFS OF MY ORDER PRIOR TO IT BEING MADE?

Yes.  If you provide a cell phone number at the time you place your order, I will send photos for you to approve prior to making your product.  Please include this request in the Add A Note section of the Check Out page.
