This item is a 20 oz double wall insulated hot/cold tumbler. Do not drop, put in the refrigerator, or freezer. Do not leave in a car during extreme temperatures. If you do drop your tumbler, stop using it immediately and look for any damage to the finish. If you see cracks in the finish, please reach out to us immediately. In some circumstances, we can repair the damage. If the damage cannot be repaired, we will replace your item at a discounted cost if you return the original tumbler to us.
