Sizing charts are provided in each shirt listing. Please use those charts when chosing a size to order. A&A Custom Creations is not responsible for apparel that does not fit appropriately and refunds will not be given. When in doubt, please order up one size.

PRIVACY POLICY

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Many of the original images found across our store can easily be converted into high-quality window decals. If you see a design you love on a t-shirt or product and want it formatted as a decal, just let us know. [1]

If you do not see exactly what you are looking for in our current collection, please contact us directly. We will collaborate with you one-on-one to create and add your specific custom design to the store.
Artwork & Image Ownership Rights
Please note that A & A Custom Creations reserves the exclusive right to maintain, distribute, and sell all images, graphics, and artwork created by our staff. Any designs generated or finalized during the custom request process remain the intellectual property of A & A Custom Creations and may be listed for sale to the public on our website.

Production & Delivery Timeline

Standard Timeline: Custom orders typically take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
Seasonal Variations: Turnaround times may vary depending on the time of year and current holiday shipping seasons.

Third-Party Fulfillment

If time is of the essence and you need your order rushed, we may outsource production to a trusted third-party printing partner to meet your individual deadline. Our printing partners utilize advanced Direct To Garment (DTG) printing technology. This process injects the specialty inks directly into the fabric fibers, ensuring your vibrant images last longer and resist cracking or fading over time.

Our Creative Process & AI Transparency

To bring our unique design concepts to life, we utilize generative AI design tools during our one-on-one creative process. The final, approved high-resolution artwork is then digitally printed onto your item. We combine human creativity with modern technology to deliver high-quality, custom styles.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Important Details

We use USPS and UPS as our primary shipping carriers. Once we bring your order to the carrier for delivery, we are not responsible for delays and/or damages which occur during shipping. If time is of the essence, you can pay for priority or express shipping. We are not responsible for delays in shipping regardless of the shipping method selected.
Your order comes with insurance to cover any shipping damages. All shipping concerns must be addressed directly with the carrier. If you file a claim for damages, we will happily create a new item at your expense since you will be reimbursed by the carrier for your damaged item.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

No Returns or Exchanges: Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
Sizing Responsibility: Detailed sizing charts are provided in every product listing. Please review these measurements carefully before purchasing. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if the incorrect size is ordered.

Ready to Sell (RTS) vs. Custom Orders Policy

Ready to Sell (RTS) Items

Limited Availability: Due to the custom nature of our work, our inventory of pre-made, Ready to Sell (RTS) items is highly limited.
No Personalization: RTS items are sold exactly as shown and cannot be personalized or altered.
Fast Shipping: In-stock RTS items ship out quickly within 72 hours of purchase.
How to Customize an RTS Design: If you see an RTS item that you want to personalize, please do not purchase the in-stock version. Instead, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Custom Orders tab on our website.
2. Click on the specific item style you are interested in.
3. Fill out and submit the customization form located at the bottom of that page.

Custom Production Timeline

Please remember that all custom and personalized orders require extra time to design and produce. Custom pieces take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery, depending on the time of year and the current holiday season.

Custom Orders & Design Process

What is a Custom Order?

Custom orders are tailored exactly to your preferences. You choose the specific item, color, imagery, and design details to bring your unique vision to life.

Create Your Own Items

If you have a specific idea, submit it to us! We will create a custom design image for you to place on one of our available items at no additional cost.

Color Alterations

In many instances, we can alter the color scheme of an existing image to better fit your specific needs. Please contact us with any special requests before ordering.

Design & Image Ownership

Please note that A&A Custom Creations retains the exclusive ownership and copyright of all images, graphics, and artwork we create. We reserve the right to add any newly created designs to our permanent collection for use by future customers.

Timeline & Terms

Standard Timeline: Custom orders take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery, depending on the time of year and current holiday seasons.
Large Orders & Weddings: We require a minimum of 4 months' notice for wedding orders or large-scale requests.
Rush Orders: If you need an item sooner, rush orders may be accepted on a case-by-case basis for an additional rush fee, depending on the size of the order and the time of year.
Agreement of Terms: By submitting any order on our site, you agree to ALL A&A Custom Creations policies and agree to be bound by them.

Hand-Made Variations, Supply & Material Policies

Hand-Made Variations & Imperfections: Every item we make is individually hand-crafted. Because of this, ordering multiple items of the exact same kind does not guarantee they will look identical; slight variations will occur.
Minor Imperfections: As hard as we try to produce a flawless piece, hand-made items may occasionally have tiny imperfections. These minor variations never alter the structural quality or durability of your product.
The "Glitter Factor": To keep our workshop clean, we run a high-grade air purifier around the clock while your order is being processed. However, because we work with a variety of materials, the most common hand-made imperfection is a tiny stray speck of glitter appearing on a non-glitter item.

Material & Item Substitutions

We offer item designs based on market availability. Occasionally, our primary supplier runs out of stock on specific blank items (like a particular shirt or tumbler style). In these rare instances, we must purchase from a secondary supplier to fulfill your order. The individual style, cut, or brand of the item may vary slightly depending on what is available in the market.

Tumbler Care & Repairs

If your custom tumbler becomes damaged or cracked, please stop using it immediately for safety reasons and contact us right away. In some instances, we may be able to repair your product for you.

Pricing, Discounts & Order Disclaimers

Volume Discounts: We offer volume discounts for large bulk orders, evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific needs.
Price Modifications: All prices displayed on our shop are subject to change without prior notice.
Order Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to technical issues, website glitches, or checkout system errors beyond our control. If a technical error affects your transaction, we will contact you immediately to notify you of the cancellation and resolve the issue.
No Returns or Exchanges: Because custom and personalized orders are built entirely to your specifications, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders.

IMAGES

Our images are intended to be placed on the items we sell and will not be individually sold.
If you would like to change the color of an image, please contact us with your request.
If you would like to create an item with several smaller images, please contact us to discuss pricing options.
A & A Custom Creations reserves the right to add a border to any/all images to ensure your item is visually appealing.
Many of our images can be put on our glass drinkware or converted to a window decal. If you have questions, please contact us.
Digital Renderings: All product mock-ups, models, and lifestyle images on this Website are generated using artificial intelligence (AI).
Illustrative Purposes: These visual assets are for illustrative and marketing purposes only.
No Human Models: Images do not depict real human models or actual photography of physical individuals.
Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display our physical products as accurately as possible.
Visual Variations: Digital representations may vary slightly from the physical item received.

DRINKWARE & TUMBLER CARE POLICY

To ensure your custom items stay beautiful and last as long as possible, please strictly follow these handling and cleaning guidelines.

Universal Care Instructions (All Drinkware)

Hand Wash Only: Wash gently by hand in warm water only.
Do NOT Soak: Never submerge or leave your drinkware sitting in water.
Dry Immediately: Hand-dry your item immediately after washing to protect the design.
Temperature Restrictions: All drinkware is absolutely NOT dishwasher or microwave safe. This rule applies strictly to all materials, including glass and stainless steel.
Handle with Care: Avoid dropping your drinkware. Do not expose items to extreme hot or cold temperatures, such as leaving them inside a hot car or placing them in a freezer.

Special Guidelines for Glass Tumblers

Cold Drinks Only: Glass tumblers are designed exclusively for cold beverages. Do not use them for hot drinks.
Single-Wall Construction: Our glass items are single-walled. Always use caution while handling and drinking your beverage.
Fragile Material: Please be extra careful not to drop these items, as they are made of real glass and will break upon impact.

Liability, Damages & Repairs Disclaimer

Liability: A&A Custom Creations is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from improper product care, rough handling, or misuse that causes the item to break.
Immediate Cessation of Use: If your drinkware becomes cracked, chipped, or damaged in any way, stop using it immediately for your own safety.
Repair Services: Contact us immediately if damage occurs. While glass items cannot be fixed, we may be able to repair damaged stainless steel tumblers on a case-by-case basis.
